Notes Memo Bar Missing buttons

Spec have WIN 7 X64 Notes 8.5.2

Hi all

We have the same problem as other users on this topic.
We tried to chage DPI setting to 100 % instead of 125 (Default) and we installed FP2 it seems to Help sometime! yea strange when they make a new memo it seems to be ok until i login or logoff this pc with our Remote Control software, i think its because it change the screen reselotion but when im off again and they make a new memo then it works just fine again.

maybe some can test the same with DPI to 100 % and FP2?? Thanks in advance
